YPW SPANISH IMMERSION SCHOOL
DAY CAMP
Ages
3 (must be potty trained) to 12 years
Summers represent a big opportunity for us to immerse your
camper in Spanish at the same time they are engaged in various
activities and having fun.
During the week all of our campers will rotate through the
following stations as they are immersed in Spanish:

* Bellas Artes : Art of Latin America - Once
a week -
Improve your young people Spanish while learning about Latin
art and culture. This workshop focuses on developing participants'
oral expression and pronunciation skills. Let your child immerse
in the Spanish language, culture and art by working on projects
inspired by Latin American artists.
* Science & Technology - Once a week -
From robotics using LEGO MINDSTORMS to various Science experiments.
Your young people will learn / practice Spanish
as they are engaged in some of our most popular science and
techonology activities from our YPW Science & Technology

* Cooking (Food & Recipes) - Once a week -
Campers will learn about some of Latin America typical food
as they prepare it, cook it and eat it!
* Gymnastic Classes - Once a week Tumbling activities
for your campers -
* Team and Active Games - Every day - Traditional
Games
Young People from all over the world share the common love
for playing games! We will learn some new ones and find we
have some games in common with other cultures.
In addition to these activities, YPW Spanish Immersion School
Staff plan many special indoor and outdoor events; including,
parties, creative dramatics, indoor / outdoor games, picnics,
movie day, music and movement.

7:00 - 9:00 Before Camp Care. Children are supervised
as they play games or watch a movie. Campers are escorted
to their camp room at 9:00 am. No additional cost.
9:00 - 4:00 Spanish Immersion Camp.
4:00 - 6:00 pm After Camp Care. Campers are
escorted to the after camp classroom at the end of the
camp day. Campers are supervised as they play games
or do craft activities in the classrooms. A snack is
provided in the afternoon. Campers must be picked up
by 6:00 pm., after which an extra charge of $1.00 pr
minute will be applied. No additional cost.

| Campers bring a healthy lunch and bottle
of water every day. Healthy morning and afternoon snacks
are supplied. |

Alll activities are included in tuition. A minimum
of two weeks per registration. Weeks in attendance need
not be consecutive.
All-inclusive tuition $275 / week

Payment in full is required to hold a spot. Please,

stop by at any of our locations in Westlake or Round
Rock to register in person.
• One registration form must be completed for each camper
you are registering.
• Registration forms with incomplete or inaccurate information
will not be processed.
• Forms may be faxed or mailed, please do not do both!

CANCELLATIONS
/ EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
|

Due to the high demand for camp spaces, each sale will
be considered final.
• Registrations are not transferable from child to child.
• Families who cancel a camp or wish to switch their
child from one camp to another will receive a 50% refund
of the cost of a cancelled or dropped camp if notification
is received at least 10 working days before that camp
starts. There are no refunds for camps cancelled or
dropped less than 10 working days before camp begins.
• In order to receive the 50% refund, famiies must contact
